INCA restaurant is where Latin America meets Asia. Influenced by woven Peruvian patterns, Nazca lines and the vibrancy of South American and Japanese cultures. INCA is earthy, playful and adventurous.

INCA is about the discovery of traditional cooking techniques and modern flavour combinations. The brand balances between a digital aesthetic and natural hand crafted elements that come together to create a vibrant experience.

This was a collaborative project with the Design Dairy team. I helped to develop the brand identity as well as manage the application and roll out of the chosen brand direction.
